Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy
I specialize in working with “hard to reach” boys and young men who may not be a great fit for traditional talk therapy. I also provide family therapy and work with girls with emotional and behavioral problems.
Adult Psychotherapy
If you are depressed, worried, having relationship problems, or struggle with substance abuse problems, I can be of help. I have a laid back and authentic approach to psychotherapy and often connect and work best with those clients who may be put off or uncomfortable with “traditional” therapists.
Parent Coaching and Family Consultations
Parent coaching or family consults are a great way to get effective and quick results for problems at home. My consultation program involves a combination of face-to face sessions as well as phone and e-mail follow-up, and school outreach when needed.
